Morning all. In work until Friday, then in one day over Christmas as part of a skeleton crew. I think it’ll be quiet this week. Have our staff party on Thursday which could be bananas, so many people work here so it’s going to be jammed.

Had an unreal weekend in London, bar missing the DiS crew. compounded that error by nodding off on the Tube and waking up in Barking around midnight. Seeing Chelsea play was fucking incredible though and Friday night was amazing. Seeing ATDs, going to a Peruvian restaurant, partying until the wee hours in an art gallery in Peckham.

3 more days of work to go

Have a choice whether to

  • go to my regular yoga class (last of the year)
  • go for informal xmas drinks with work friends (even though we all went for food and drinks a couple of weeks ago)

I have really cut up the inside of my nose? It won’t heal. Mainly because I keep picking it and making it bleed.

I’m off to New York in January and my friend is going to come out with me for the weekend before it. EXCITING. First ever trip with my ATD.

Not feeling great today tbh. Massively tired still after the weekend, long stretch of drudgery work ahead, kind of dreading going back to Wales too as it seems my sister and Ma are arguing/have decided “not to do presents” for each other. Just fuck offfffffffffff

Good old family eh? Same here - going back to my Dad’s this year but he’s been an enormous prick to my Mum over a couple of things (they’re separated but we all still do Christmas Day etc. together) and she’s really upset/angry and my Dad’s being a cunt and my sister’s getting upset because it’s her wedding next year and she wants it all sorted before and… yeah. Merry Christmas. Solidarity brother :+1:

Morning all. Woke up today at the time I went to bed yesterday.
I’m in work until the early hours of Sunday morning, but a double cinema visit today for It’s a Wonderful Life followed by A Muppet Christmas Carol makes everything good.

I just found out that my Mam has had a massive falling out with her sister over our Nan’s care. Going to call her later to see what’s happening but am expecting a very frosty Christmas at home. Merry Christmas and solidarity to you and @ruffers.

Lovely relaxing weekend in Frankfurt and feeling chipper for a Monday. Out of the office on Thursday at midday until 3rd Jan. Only downside is we will seemingly be without a fridge for Christmas which is “not ideal”
