Wow that was ages ago huh! I watched it with my brother, he’s a more blokey bloke than me but it was nice to do something together

Bubba has a really unconventional style. Tries things that conservative players wouldn’t, plays on instinct, gets nicely emotional, it might be him.

Had won of the greatest shots in Masters history, ironically in a clutch moment to win his first major.

That seems like yesterday, damn I’m getting old. Almost 10 years ago.

though I do enjoy how he looks like a bit of a nerd

I believe the mullet is making a comeback.

You didn’t happen to see those trees in the way and how he got around them!

Bubba’s great, purely self taught. Has never taken a lesson in his life.

That’s a cool underdog story

and he is a left handed player! A rarity in the sport, outside of one iconic guy who’s nickname is Lefty.

I’m a lefty too!

Ok I’ve decided, Bubba is my favourite golfer

He is also notorious for winning my local states golf tournament on the PGA Tour 3 times in Connecticut!! Loves the crowd and people here so much that when Paul Newmans Hole in the Wall Gang camp had a tragic fire and burned downed, he donated to rebuild it. Big fan.

Mickelson is still in the game, same age as me too, more straightforward than Bubba but great in his own way. Love Bubba’s instinct.

All this said, I’ll be rooting for the eternal failure that is Westwood. Boring but dangerous, until his game falls apart. I feel he might just learn and get over the line now, before it’s too late.

Going to hit the hay here. Night. Looking forward to seeing someone no one has mentioned win!

Go Westwood. :upside_down_face:

Does he have any kind of a chance?

Would love to see Lee win it but he’s really not going to. Having said that it’s pretty wide open this year after Dustin was a big favourite last year. Spieth is in finally back in good nick, think he will go close but I think it’s Bryson’s time. Augusta favours big hitters and they don’t get any bigger. His putting is good enough and I think I’d rather be on his side than against him this week when he’s bombing it almost to the green on par 4s and pitching his second shots on par 5s.

Seeing as he’s currently sitting at 100/1, not so likely. Great odds though if he can make a run, but I haven’t seen his name anywhere near top of the leaderboard in a long time.

I made a fantasy league, you need to pick 5 players

Only 4 actually and a tiebreaker, but IN anyway.
