Just finished the fourth episode… it’s hard work.
I think she’ll need a major rewrite or axing all together for the next season. It seems everyone hates the character

Yeah, Esmerelda needs to change or go. Really struggled to get through it because of her. Horrible, charmless, selfish, unfunny.
So this company employs someone to constantly undermine and sabotage everyone else? And to also be unbelievably annoying whilst doing so? Cool cool.
It would have been great if in the first episode after her second or third talking head someone offscreen had tasered her and it cut to see her being dragged out of the building by the film crew and never seen again. That would have been funny and worth having her on it for

Gave up after episode 4. There’s just nothing there to latch on to.

It’s a shame as the actress was a highlight for me in White Lotus (all the Italian actresses were cracking, in fact) but yeah, lasted about two thirds if the first episode and couldnt take any more of it.
Hopefully she joins Poochie on their home planet!
I thought it was pretty good for what it was and definitely better than latter day Office, but gave up after episode 6 cos it’s nothing new.
13 minutes in because NOW suggested it and didn’t want to waste half my lunch scrolling through options. Genuinely dreadful. Do not understand how or why it exists.
