It worked!!!
A shot from my second coffee-developed roll, this time with my Canon EOS 5 SLR mounted with the 135 f2L lens. I think I need to experiment a bit more because this roll came out quite underexposed (although not so underexposed I couldn’t get a decent scan)
Been taking my 18-55 kit lens out with me again to take pics of flowers, instead of the 18-105 one. love how light and easy it feels in comparison now. makes me wanna get a 50mm one even more, must feel amazing
bit of goose horror
love this. hoping i can get some good animal shots soon, but i think i’m too noisy and i scare them.
reckon for most birds you need a good tele lens but geese aren’t easily spooked
These are good I thought
i like the blackhole sun vibes of these ones
I’m gonna buy a 35mm lens don’t @ me
love my olympus atm. had fun with the art filters and stuff but it’s also a very good cam for learning how to do all the fancy stuff manually. so i’m trying to do as much as i can manually right now. it’s a very forgiving bit of kit. i properly have the bug now, every time i do my state sanctioned exercise i bring my olympus with me just in case
Is it a mirrorless one? Always get jealous when I see them cos of how slick they look
ya it’s this bad boy

That’s beautiful
My 35mm f2 (the old one, not the new Canon one with IS), is one of my favourite lenses. Great focal length, you can get in closer than the 50mm, and it’s a bit soft round the edges, which I actually like.
Spent ages trying to decide between 35mm and 50, no idea tbh so gonna go for 35 cos the nikon one’s cheaper
i didn’t get that super expensive version, i just got the one lens with it, 14-42mm lens but you can put it through its paces pretty well.
edit: i’m still learning terms so sorry if i sound like a rube
If you get a 50mm 1.8 you’d just spend the next six months shooting at 1.8 for EXTREME DEPTH OF FIELD anyway, so you did the right thing.
Enjoyable thing I’m watching at the moment. Alec Soth’s looking through his favourite photobooks and albums
gonna get this when i have some spare cash
Just watched this short little video. This guys work is bloody lovely
Did a project called Surface which is very intriguing
