Don’t agree with that panning, but not sure I’m enjoying it as much as I thought I’d do from the singles either on first listen. I was interested to see how they gel together and… I’m not sure if they did? Felt like it tried a lot of things in the front end and didn’t settle into much of a groove until the back end. Probably still their best album in 15 years and all the signs of the real comeback are there. Idk, maybe it’ll grow on me.
