Two of my favourite wrestlers ever but yeah they look like hell to wrestle.
Knox has more than enough experience to know when to work an audible. No excuse.
Not to defend Knox (or any other specific case), but it does seem fairly common that audibles get called and the message doesn’t seem to have reached or been processed fully by the referee. Makes me wonder if WWE had it right in just telling refs to call it as a shoot - means only the two in ring wrestlers need to agree on the audible. Not sure if it’s something they still do, but I know more than one referee’s been fined for that in the past.

I agree to a point but you’d think when someone of the stature of Mox in AEW is telling you to count the 3 you should probably listen, especially when you’ve been around the block as much as Knox has.
