I’m doing quite nicely over here. Cracked the windows open, got the sun on my back but mostly feeling pretty chill. Don’t think I’m sweating at all if I’m honest

When we were younger we were shipped off to various summer camps, Gaeltacht trips or Scout camps to keep us busy but once we hit fourteen/fifteen our parents left us do what ever we wanted. My friends would have had similar experiences.

I appreciate that primary school children would be different. We were lucky in that we had grandparents we could be left with but you see a lot of people taking summer holidays just to mind their kids.

Just sat here sweating. If I was abroad I’d definitely be having a very cold lager. But I’m not, so I am just sweating in front of a laptop.
