I know Maura (a genuinely excellent Love Island character), Lisa Rinna (well I have heard of her and know a few things about her), Monet X Change (beloved drag queen, funny, good egg) and I guess I know who Donna Kelce is by association
It is good entertainment, finding the US-ness less grating than anticipated although Alan’s hamminess is a bit excessive for me personally
I thoroughly enjoyed season 4. Thought it was a decent cast. Will be strange that they’re doing a season with ‘civilians’ next.

I think the american reality tv thing is you have a good season in something, get picked up to do something for a decent amount of money then start living that lifestyle. Then they’ve got them and they have to basically do everything they’re offered as not to end up on the scrapheap.
Like vanderpump and the valley those guys have been going for decades and all hate each other then have to spend their lives together to keep their lives going.
$250k probably means they don’t have to do something demeaning for 6 months

It’s not a celeb version in the same way UK have celebrity versions of their reality TV shows. The upcoming season is the first time where they’ll be doing a traitors US season with a complete cast of unknown cast players.
