Good episode (for modern day TWD) BUT

very confused about how the Whisperers got hold of some of the people they put on spikes, I know some of them were established as travelling between settlements etc, but how did they snatch the teenagers?

I did! Actually cheered at most of the heads on the poles, good few niffers out plus Henry who got right on my nerves

Also big fan of Alpha, her and Negan would be an excellent power couple. They’ve got to get him out soon, right??

I’m guessing there were at least 5 or 6 of them in the fair working together, kind of plot hole-ish but having Alpha walk around the fair and eventually join Lydia in the cinema added the perfect amount of dread. Kind of in two mind’s about Siddiq’s speech though, parts of it were a bit corny but Avi Nash is great so it I think it worked for the most part. Wondering if there will be any more shocks in the finale

Thought they made a great choice with the main pike victims, shocking and sad enough without taking out the big hitters (which they’re short of at the moment.) Felt like Enid had some great character progression over the years and had a lot more to give after just being promoted to a main character, Tara has been around since season 4 and although Henry was irritating, he was young and Carol’s reaction was so sad :disappointed: Was super worried they were going to kill one of Magna’s group and glad they didn’t cause they could be great next season. Daryl and Carol vs Alpha and Negan would be a fight I’d wanna see. But I think Negan will join the good guys :grin:

I won’t be watching cos I’m only now watching season 9.

Also, a trailer for a new spinoff, which gave me mega Friday Night Lights (and Dawson’s Creek) vibes.
