Kaka retires. Mad that the last player to win the Ballon d’Or before Messi and Ronaldo started dominating has now retire.

Noticed in the BBC article that Kaka is one of only eight players to win the treble of World Cup, European Cup/Champions League and Ballon d’Or.

I’m working out who the other 7 are, quite an interesting one

Yep, they’ve got some superb players, better squad than England on paper, but they don’t seem to work that well together for some reason. Watched them a bit over the last few years against Wales against whom their recent record is W1, D2, L2 (and the one they won was a game where James Collins got sent off early on).
