Yeh, don’t know what it is.

I bought a coffee this morning (once a month experience). Decided on a long black, which is a reasonable indicator the cafe is serious about coffee as it’s not available everywhere. It was insipid brown water (like tea hur hur) and disgusting.

Looks like we have the culture before we have the actual sodding drink
