All gold up to and including John Henry IMO, which is a good run - still moments to be found subsequently (though admit not as familiar with later albums).
Was going to write that they get unfairly maligned as “wacky” but can see they don’t do themselves many favours when arguing against that. Just call it playful, very much their own thing. Anyway, so many great songs, feel free to put your hand inside the puppet head.
Enjoy them a lot. Annoyed that they rescheduled their 2023 date (due to illness tbf) to a date in 2024 that I couldn’t do As a result, not seen them live since…2016, which sucks as they are a lot of fun live.
