My negativity is also based around the fact I have had no social interaction this week with people I actually want to talk to

I’m pretty unfit but I guess if push came to shove I think I would be willing to die for a good cause

It’s definitely a massive worry, and to be honest I think it’s more likely than not that we will all end up fighting over dwindling, or at least shifting resources as climate change impacts food and water distribution around the planet.

But in principle there is enough energy coming from the sun to feed us and give us the power we need for our high tech lifestyles. The challenge will be capturing it and distributing it fairly.

So I am imagining a future without necessarily providing instructions for how to get there, which is a lot easier

But if there’s sufficient collective will to stop them then they won’t be in charge. And the things people currently compete for will be available and plentiful so there will be no downside to refusing to compete on their terms.

This is a utopian view point.

Fuck!

There are systems for a reason in this world: economic stability, interest rates, growth. It’s not all a conspiracy to keep you in little boxes, alright? It’s only the miracle of consumer capitalism that means you’re not lying in your own shit, dying at 43 with rotten teeth. Now come on, fuck off.
