Haha thought it needed a counterthread because if I’m not fussy about something then I’m just not fussed. However, there are certain things I am a bit fussy about:
Peanut butter. Pip and nut or die. Tried many others and they’re all awful.
Bread. I mean, I don’t mind a plain white boring processed loaf but if I have the chance it’s sourdough or bust.
Tea. I love a good cup of tea. Yorkshire Gold and to hell with my bank balance.
coffee (grind my own beans at home, have many, many devices to make a [black filter/pourover] coffee with, would never drink instant [unless desperately needed caffiene on a silly bike ride or something])
sandwiches (actually most things to do with food… well, i’ll eat almost anything if you make it for me but if i’m making it, it’s going to have maximum taste and be fucking great)
clothes. comfy or gtfo. can’t really wear anything with a buttoned waistband these days.
use by and best before are subtly different though - use by is usually fairly cut and dry, but ‘best before’ is largely a guideline and it will be fine well after that date
(you are, of course, allowed to be fussy about whatever you want i’m not the fuss police :D)
i’m in l+y dungarees 90% of the time at the moment. if not those, then elasticated waist cords from l+y (or some levis ones from vinted if i’m skating).
in the summer i live in a single pair of sainsburys ‘bermuda’ jean shorts, which do have a buttoned waist band but somehow they are fine?! i think i ripped them at the end of last summer though so i might need a new pair.
Soup. Exclusively only eat Heinz Cream of Tomato. Every so often I’ll try a ‘fancy’ (out of the supermarket fridge) tomato soup but always go back to Heinz.
Think I’m fussy about all food and drink. Not that I’m only wanting really expensive ingredients or anything just that if I don’t enjoy something I find it pointless and depressing to eat it.
Wish I wasn’t like that. Very envious of people who can eat anything
