Song came out when I was on.a family holiday in the summer of 2002 and it was EVERYWHERE. Came home with it absolutely stuck in our heads, then couldn’t find it anywhere cos it didn’t get released in the UK for ages. Always gonna remind me of that two weeks in Crete. Good times.

'Slow to realise' Spin-off Thread: Samples

I was thinking about starting a thread of songs that give a nod to other songs, not necessarily sampling them as such. Like the bit in Come On! Feel the Illinoise! etc that has the Close To Me by the Cure towards the end. Or the end of Silkworm’s Raised by Tigers that uses the riff from In The Mouth a Desert by Pavement.
