Things you made/attempted to make (and details thereof) in school

GCSE Product Design: made a key holder with a torch in it for old folks. Quite good.

AS Level Product Design: a sexy ergonomic computer mouse. Meh.

A Level Product Design: This was amazing. A new bridge for guitars (two versions – Les Paul style bridge and Stratocaster), which contained strings in barrels. You pushed the button down, and pulled the string out to attach at the head. If your string snapped - BAM - pull out some more string and away you go. I swear it had legs.

Anyway I don’t want to toot my own horn but I didn’t drop a single mark throughout any of the above. My subsequent career does not accurately represent this success.

One of those things that you put out for the milkman to tell him how many pints of milk you want. In the shape of a penguin, if I remember correctly.

I also made a cake for my brother in cooking with the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY [REDACTED] in icing on the top. Unfortunately I used water icing and not butter icing, and so by the time it got home it looked more like this:
