Yeah, really good although some of the stories seem like Daily Mail bait so I do get why it isn’t being pushed hard. Scratches the Mandy itch for me, although it has more depth.

the whole confusion of the bingo hall with a church, the flat earth t shirt that nobody addresses at all, the 50s advert

The former, just didn’t get on with the character
I think my favourite thing about it is how it’s almost a parody of the sort of trauma-com thing in how the comedy has almost nothing to do with the central premise, and yet the strange unreality and absurdity of the show does kind of tap into what grief feels like

That’s what I love about this show as well - the fact that the main cast are set as weirdos against the backdrop of normal people who themselves are just bizarre
