going back to the chemist to pick up the rest of my immunosupressants (always fulfilled in two trips because i’m on double the normal dose, annoying)
going to boots to collect the present i ordered last week (just got a text saying it’s arrived yesterday)
food shop so i have more fruit and veg in than tinned tomatoes and carrots
go to the gym for physio
personal life stuff that i can’t be bothered to do because emotional abuse/labour, lol

omg here’s a story about what I’ve just gone through:

I was referred to Chiropody by my Rheumatology consultant back in AUGUST and heard nothing until a couple of weeks ago when I received a letter in the post to say I had to call to confirm I that wanted an appointment.
During the call, they then said they’d be calling me within the next week or so to confirm the date.
A week passed, and the phone rang, except they weren’t confirming the date, I was having a phone consultation, in which the Chiropodist said “Ah, yes, you definitely have reason to be referred, you’ll get a letter in the post about an appointment”.

I reckon it’s a new tactic to preserve NHS resources, like when the DWP make people wait five hours to speak to someone about new benefits claims.
