It was good fun for a while, but very much out stayed its welcome. I watched it all too, got too far and felt obliged to carry on.

Breaking Bad (fell off a cliff in about season 3, kept watching for even though I’d stopped caring about what happened to any of them.)

The first season of Ozark, was clear after two episodes that it was absolute bum but for some reason I waded through the next 8 as well.

That Netflix show Love

That’s why it’s good! (For a bit)

What? All of those things are great

yesterday, I was outside smoking. My neighbors dog came up to me to say HI!

I ‘like’ the first part of fury road when he is describing pain, how life is

I look at my neice and nephew and see how life is, but at the same time that sums up life for me.

Gosh I don’t mean to sound melodramatic but at the same time, that sums up life.

My main issue was that the main premise just didn’t make any sense. Just spending loads of money =/=money laundering.

Yeah I didn’t quite get what he was trying to do, afaik I think his plan was trying to make the illegal money appear as if it had come through legitimate sources by mixing it from the revenue he was collecting from the legitimate businesses by adding certain costs to hide the added amounts.

nah, i dont mean it as a good or bad film. My understanding ow what is norman is probably not noral.

The opening scene of this aussie thriller

Why do I feel this way, idk

It jush sums up 'life

I don’t want to feel this way

The entire first series of Hemlock Grove. I kept convincing myself there was going to be a brilliant Twin Peaks-ish twist or some nice Stephen King “Something dark lies at the heart of suburban American” theme emerge, but no, it’s just a pile of shit vampire and werewolf tropes and nothing else.

Won’t be going back to either.

I’m still slogging through War and Peace. I will take no joy from being able to say I’ve read War and Peace.

Please link me to this. I’m intrigued…

Ozark is feckin brilliant ! I thought the money laundering bit was fairly obvious tbh. Great characters, really well acted and beautiful scenery. I really really enjoyed it.

I am also about half way through War and Peace currently. I really like it.

But the whole ticking clock in the first season is that he’s trying to get through $8m in 3 months? Is all of that supposed to have gone through that hotel bar?
