legit sometimes have to close my eyes or put hands over my ears if there’s a very long, over-revealing trailer for a film i know i want to see

  • i’ve done this

i’ll avoid them but i’m not going that far

I do this at the end of tv shows for the ‘next week bit’ (if im not allowed to turn it off as Gf likes watching them)

This is a disagreement in my house too. We’re going to watch next week for sure! Why watch the preview??

i used to turn off the next time parts on Arrested Development for ages before I realised they were just fun little unrelated skits. Then had to go back through all of them and fast forward just so i could see those jokes for the first time

I have a ‘watch the teaser but not the main trailers’ system for these films

surprised how many people would rather watch a bond (mostly bad) than a mission impossible (mostly great)

watched ghost protocol just last night and had a wonderful time

on what?

very annoying when a “previously on” segment basically gives away which characters or old storylines are going to be featuring in this episode

West Wing is bad for this, remember that sub-plot from a few episodes ago that we’ve only mentioned briefly? Well its back this week for resolution

the wanky places are abominations. did you know they don’t sell popcorn and big drinks at the BFI? and they give you a wanky little sheet of information on the film too.

boils my blood.
