This time last year I was stranded at Ely station in 40°C heat. If the weather could be around 23-25°C, sunny and dry (with occasional breaks for rain) between now and August that’d be perfect.

We had about three weeks solid of glorious weather, I’m happy with that. No one else seems to be though I grant you

A year ago today some of us were covering our windows in tinfoil with the temperatures below - I’m currently wearing a fleece.

I’m fed up with the rain and (relative) cold, and am going to have a rainy time at Latitude this weekend. But I wouldn’t swap it for what mainland Europe is currently having.
