scissored isle is the best of the most recent imo
Listened to the first two, enjoyed them
Listening to the Oast House now.
Honestly think MMM is up there with the best recent-ish partridge stuff. The awkward interactions and stumbling delivery is so well done, without being over-egged.
Anyway, realised I have a subscription to audible by accident so have a ton of credits to get this. Looking forward to it.
I wish there was less of the theme song. Fair enough if it was a proper podcast but as it’s just episode after episode.
the first auto biog audio book defo matches im ap
Completely this. Nomad gets a bit too silly towards the end.
Still got some really great stuff in it though like boozing with Nick Knowles at Gatwick.
Quite enjoying it. Feels like it doesn’t need full attention. Got it on at work.
The 1st episode in the list is much better than the 2nd one, which was the teaser (or part of the teaser)
The podcast is superb. Lost it at the letter he read out from the guy whose grandad was in a care home
I’m really enjoying it too. Up to about episode 5 at the moment.
Its so good. It makes me laugh out loud more than most things I have heard , its so good
His DIY aftershave had me crying with laughter. Not ideal doing 80mph up the M6
YES EXACTLY THIS
I’m so glad someone else has this
Halfway through the podcast it is brilliant the lines:
Ready, Steady, Fuck Off
Tom Cruise can’t hold a personal relationship, apart from with Simon Pegg
Genuine belly laughs.
Starting to come round to This Time being the worst recent Partridge thing, the long form trying new things is where it’s at.
The Ross Kemp bit had me almost in tears (you might not be up to this bit)
