As much as they are flawed and regularly piss me off, my family are pretty awesome and I probably don’t deserve all they have done for me considering I can seem to give all that much back.

I remember I was watching Gogglebox once and they were watching some tear-jerking documentary about a family who’d been through something bad. I think, I can’t remember the specifics. Was obviously very moving. I remember it went to Leon and June’s house and he was in tears and he just turned round to June, smiled and went “family’s everything to me”. Made me feel very sad because it’s not a sentiment I’ve ever been on the receiving end of, and one I’m probably going to be limited in my means to ever deliver. Must be a lovely thing to be in a family where someone feels that.

Love Leon. Genuinely felt very sad when he died.
