Not sure if this has been posted or if this is the right thread for it but here’s a link to a site showing archive photos and information of construction of the main roads in Scotland, including brilliant pics of the M8 and Kingston Bridge and Charing Cross back in the 60’s.

I think this is the same source material that they made an exhibition from in the MItchell Library a few years ago? It was really good.
