Today I was on an ‘away day’ 300metres from my office in another room I have a weekly meeting in.

At one point I had to draw the dream future team where I drew myself in detail wearing shades and long hair with my back turned to my poorly rendered, no detail team mates who had their hands in the air, cheering my work.
