That would be perfect. Or just some kind of super low cal flavour paste that I can spread on my tongue and just leave there for a bit.

I hate dieting.

Was just about to ask if you made it to work.

Coulsdon was a nightmare to get through this morning, as everyone was getting off the M25 there. Took me an hour to do what normally takes me around 20 minutes.

I am working from home. A butterfly is trapped inside my office and won’t stray from the top edge of the window, so I can’t reach it to let it out. Is it safe (for it, not me) to trap it in a glass so I can release it outside? If so I will get some steps

Got back from Manchester late last night, did an early gym session and now I have to get on a train to Bristol. :-1::-1::-1::-1:

It doesn’t look pretty out there - looks like there are two closures on the M25. The conditions aren’t bad out there - I wonder what’s been going on?

Jacknifed lorry on the M25 with cars crashing in to it. Pretty bad by all accounts, and closed for at least 6 hours. Queues are over 15 miles now.

sorry - got the kids tonight, otherwise I would have been well up for that

morning - bit sleepy

We keep thinking about getting a rescue kitten too, as it’s been 7 months since Gizmo passed. But I’m not sure how Sooty would take it, he’s a pretty relaxed cat. But he now loves being centre of attention and is home a lot more than he ever was.

But a local rescue near me, who only takes in strays, abandoned and feral cats has some kittens. I’m so tempted.

They are the rescue that I donated all Gizmo’s special diet food too when he passed away. She’s a lovely lady who runs it. These kittens were dumped along with their mum in a park in Morden on one of the hottest days of the year :frowning:

And likewise let me know if there’s anything going on. Other than Doves in a few weeks I’ve got no gigs whatsoever in the diary for the next six weeks.

Oh gosh :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Obviously, I want you to get one of them and then delight us all with lots of pictures of them but I want Sooty to be happy too. But maybe he’d fall in love with the new kitten too… :thinking:

It’s like OK be a POS, but why not at least drop them off at your local rescue? If you’re ashamed you could just claim you found them.in a park.

Just discovered that a pretty well-known poet has personalised one of his better known poems for Mrs F to have as a reading at our wedding next month. She’s very pleased. So am I. What a nice chap.
