Yes Macmillan. Hmm, Iām not too sure. I made a lemon and blueberry cake from ottolenghis simple cookbook a wee while ago and it went down very well so I was contemplating that orā¦ maybe something more traybakey? Will be doing some investigating when I return home. Will show and tell once it is produced.

@Gnometorious We did Macmillan today and I made lemon polenta tray bake from Nigellaā¦but obvs I was a doughnut and put in semolina instead of polenta by accident so I was unable to be full bants at the bake sale where I was planning to write āPlacenta Cakeā on my little label. Still came out good though!
