After talking about afternoon tea all of yesterday I’ve booked my friends in to come round for ‘evening tea’ - basically afternoon tea but with prosecco instead of tea. Can’t wait.

*Bank Holiday a week on Monday, long weekend 26th(?) May, teaching finished 8th June.

8th June seems awfully early for the uk. Schools break up here mid June and don’t go back till late September
I’m college and we make our own rules.* I don’t finish work until late June though.
School finishes early July up here but they go back mid August. English schools are about a month later.
*follow the rules set by the Glasgow College Regional Board and Colleges Scotland
