Went for a few pints on my own so I could read a book in just about the best pub in the country. I needed it. I feel more myself than any time in the last few weeks.

Finally deleted or blocked my ex from all the social media outlets we share. I should have done it years ago but I wanted to maintain some semblance of civility between us. Fuck that now.

Thanks for listening to them. The other podcasts in the series are very good but are very Ireland/Cork focused. The interview with Dan Walsh is great though, super interesting musician.
