Didn’t get a takeaway all jan, got a discount code, so treating ourself to nice pizza. Not one of the best in town but still top of the B tier - and two pizza plus arrancini and delivery for £20 ain’t bad
Then a film too probs, due to documentary burnout after the Adam Curtis binge
Tidying my room just now since it’s A) awful and B) chose to save getting a massage for tomorrow

Got Quorn chilli for dinner tonight. For reasons, we have to wait til after the girls are in bed before eating it - I’m rubbish at waiting around for food. Would happily eat my tea at 5pm if I could.
Going to catch up on University Challenge.
Jacket potato for dinner here. Not especially exciting, but you can’t have exciting every day can you?
No plans for tonight either. I need to start making more plans, so that I have a more exciting life to lead
Listening to a radiolab episode that’s talking about ridiculous race horse names and I’ve just found out that even in ancient times horses were called silly names. I find that really pleasing. (Link: Spotify )

Evening all!
I’ve had a pretty grey and moody day. Spoke to some students about coursework but haven’t really done much. I did get to drink some nice coffee this morning though.
The roofer couldn’t make it to us so Wor Lass and I have increased our squirrel deterrents in the loft.
We might watch more Witcher later.
Hi - I’m back from a couple of days in worcester for work
We had a local Indian very late for dinner last night and I slept dreadfully after, looking forward to a nice sleep in my own bed. Also had some of the worst bacon I’ve ever experienced from a chain hotel breakfast buffet
Also today is my Friday and I’m off all next week as well

Fucking Uber Eats code vanished between planning to use it (5pm) and now - and it was meant to last til Feb 7th!
Sad shop pizza instead it is I guess 
First day in the office since Christmas (plus Covid). Went for a couple of drinks after work. Nice to be out and about.

Intense day with trying to get the podcast off the ground. So strange that I’ve done this for other people a few times in recent years but doing it on my lonesome suddenly feels like I can’t remember how to use social media.
Wasted far too long messing around with ChatGPT doing summaries of the transcript (which is a bit of s mess on Descript)
