Not up to much - went for a couple of beers after work and now I just made dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Watching Karriem Riggins videos on youtube and getting a bit depressed about the Paris Agreement withdrawal.

Tonight I went on a history and ghost walk around my home town, which took around 2.5 hours. It was really interesting and fun, we had a small break in a grave yard drinking beers or wine that they supplied, I’ve not drunk beer in a graveyard since I was 15 or 16.

Wine tasting was excellent. Like being on a vineyard in France of actually bring in W.Sussex. Popped over to the in laws to be for dinner before they jet off on holiday.

Now back at home trying to decide whether the emergency trousers I bought for a wedding tomorrow actually fit well enough or if I’m gonna have to get a larger size #fatty

was gonna take a day off politics & channel some positive loving vibes but then I came home and well… good job I live approximately 50m above sea level

spent a couple of hours in my studio doing a sunny cover version of Minnie Riperton’s Loving You in the style of AIR just for some fun & therapy so there is that I suppose

Yeah it was good fun, there were two guides one did the elaborate ghost and murder stories and was a bit eccentric and one did the factual stuff.

Every June we have a month of events where there are events every day including a small music festival, food festival, beer festival, plays, a murder mystery and a carnival. Later in the month we are booked into a tour in the caves below the town which is rarely opened up, I’m really looking forward to that.

Yeah it’s really well organised with a big committee, I keep thinking about arranging a small Camden Crawl style event for local bands as theres a small cluster of pubs. But I’ve never suggested or done anything about it.

They also have a cycling challenge up a ridiculously steep hill. I’ve not cycled since I was 16 or so but keep thinking about starting again. One year.
