Unfortunately not. Despite my middle age and having plenty of time during my youth to read his work and see adaptations I hadn’t until this evening. I didn’t even know what A Streetcar Named Desire referred to before watching the film. I definitely will look into his other work. Any recommendations? A Cat On A Hot Tin Roof is the only other I know.

That’s me in from football and clean. Scored zero goals, let in 2 easy saves. Terrible weather was to blame. Can’t remember the last time I felt so cold in july as when I was walking home.

Whoa. That was a brilliant drink. I bought it a few weeks ago as a random purchase with my usual of shit beer and cheap wine. I had it with a few pieces of chocolate. One of the highlights if my day.

Right now? … not much really! The bf is watching le tour de france in the living room and I’m sat in bed with one eye on crafty things and the other on netflix (the other is obviously always on DiS) :slight_smile: I can’t sleep for the fear he’ll awaken me from my slumber when he inevitably comes galumphing through later on. Ah, I’ve been obsessing over macrame and weaving for the last few days, I bought too much stuff in preparation and I hate having to wait to get started. I’m a little worried by the time it all arrives I’ll have lost interest and I’ll just have an excess of string and yarn :grimacing:

I’m listening to the Dead Man soundtrack (which is very good and if you haven’t listened to it then more fool you) and gradually getting sleepy enough to bed down. Watched some more of Glow on Netflix tonight. Enjoying it.
