I used to quite like mackerel but have’t had it for ages, decent shout.

Mackerel is great… really cheap, tasty and versatile and having oily fish is a good idea. The smoked fillets are great with salad, and the other week Tescos was doing two fresh fillets for under £1.50. Fried them up and had them on toast with cucumber for a couple of lunches. Lovely

The salmon’s my go to Ikea lunch :yum:

2 x cheese & pickle rolls (panini & ciabatta), ready salted crisps, apple.

Mushroom ravioli; followed by the remaining half of the Easter egg that I started yesterday.

Mushroom, spinach, cheese and tomato omelette panini

Lamb flatbread and chickpea salad, the chickpeas have started to sprout though

chicken and bacon seeded baguette. 6/10

bacon double cheese XL meal from BK. overpriced and average.

Just had a few pieces of white toast with butter and a bit of halloumi cheese.

Had a black coffee and some eggs for breakfast.

Got some spiced chicken and mash for tea.

Spicy bean burgers, homemade chips, peas. Probably a crunchie for pudding.
