Yesterday I accidentally poured almond milk onto my granola instead of oat milk and it was horrible! Totally ruined my breakfast :expressionless:

  • Oat
  • Almond
  • Soya
  • Not on plant milk book

I wish I could share all the things about the work call I just left but it would be so specific so as to potentially dox myself. My mind is pretty blown by what people think is acceptable to share on these all hands calls :grimacing:

I tried oat milk in my coffee for the first time ever this week; I was at my parents’ and it was all ma had in the house. It tasted a little bit like somebody had dissolved a cereal bar in my coffee. This is not necessarily a bad thing, of course

Came downstairs this morning to find my son in his pjs, watching youtube and eating MY chocolate orange for breakfast.

Return to school not going exactly as planned.

plant milks in cereal is grand, just adds to the flavours

Unsweetened. It seemed to take all the sweetness out of the granola too, awful.
Intrigued by hazelnut milk! Plz put on the shopping list @avery

Same!
Oat milk with cereal, dairy milk with coffee.

I used oat milk for ages, but switched to almond about a year ago and haven’t looked back. Can’t be doing with either of them in tea or coffee though, which I do feel a bit bad about, but it’s still a massive reduction in my dairy usage. Reckon even the most militant cows would be alright with me using half a pint a week instead of 4+

I switched to oat from almond because 1.almond was barely tolerable and 2. Almond production uses a huge amount of water, I read that oat milk was better for the environment.
