never understand the appeal of just slapping on a few burgers and sausages on a bbq. its quite an effort to get everything set up and cleaned afterwards, and you can do those two things very well on the pan.
It’s the best. Don’t cook it first, just straight on there.

had bbqed langoustines and octopus before, and its so good. can’t find either in the UK
