Look at this beauty!
Midhurst. Nice for a wee family trip? The grandparents are Brighton crew so we’ll see them the next day then return to bonny Essex that night.
Wee poke a chups too.
Any macaroni cheese at all is too much for me.
Get out of Scotland.
Midhurst is nice. Spread Eagle hotel is nice for afternoon tea, there’s a decent Harvey’s pub in the town center, The Swan Inn, nice walks around Cowdray Park, feed the ducks at South Pond, plus the Three Moles isn’t too far away if you have a car
Spread eagle is potentially our hotel
Good place. Just staying the night? I’ll get some more recommendations tomorrow when I go to work. Got a couple of guys from midhurst
Aye. The room we’re trying to get is within range for us to be able to have a late dinner with the monitor on for little one.
And thank you!
Spent the vast majority of my life in Chichester, so Midhurst is just up the road. You’re welcome, just give me a shout of you need anything else
Banyan Indian is just down the road from you in Midhurst. Highly recommend if you want a curry.
Ah ahaha @Witches my friend just told me she went to see Vanilla Ice in a pantomime a few years ago and he performed “Mice, Mice, Baby” with a set piece about how his pirate boat was infested with mice, and th actual children there just sat being confused.
What the fudge. Haha!!! Amazing.
But the adults loved it, right?
Yep
CDs sorted. Looks like I’ve acquired five Melt-Banana albums, five Low albums and a whole host of other stuff including a load of releases on Shimmy Disc and Touch And Go. There’s one album called ‘Sirhan Sirhan’ by the Didjits which I will never listen to, along with the various Joy Division and Clash compilations, all of which are going in the bin once I salvage the CD cases.
Was enjoying your tweets earlier. Fakebookn is so good!
Went for a run, knee is still at me despite a four week rest, hmm. Now having some tea and sea salt chocolate and sorting through photos.
I’m going to continue tweeting about the albums I got. ‘Fakebook’ is wonderful, never expected YLT to sound like that.
