I’d kind of gone off the one I’d actually ordered and was thinking of returning it anyway, but it’s starting to look a lot more appealing in comparison to that absolute eyesore.

That rug is a fucking disgrace.
I think balonz told us a good story about getting sunglasses from somewhere far away, when they turned up they were the wrong colour. When he contacted the guy he bought them from, the guy just tried to persuade him to keep them, maybe he’d grow to like them or something and if he bought anything else in future he could maybe have some money off.

they arrived, but in a horrifically battered box and the calendars were battered (material damage as Partridge would say)
complained, they resent the order, but only sent 2 white choc ones and 1 milk choc one
I complained again and said the order was incorrect
they said they’d change it and sent me another milk choc one
complained again, got a refund
7 calendars for the price of 0
