When did you buy the policy? Do you have an email with a copy of the policy saying vehicle registration whatever is insured from X to Y date?

Presumably you’ve got a copy of an actual policy somewhere? Eg my insurer emailed me a pdf. Just so you can check 100% that the reg number and coverage dates are as they should be and put your mind at ease

If they’re saying you have no policy, and you don’t have any docs, then they’ll be reporting to the database you don’t have insurance.
I’d check here.
