The Red Owl Tavern across the road from the Independence Hall was great. The Ben Franklin Museum was also good, and there’s various coffee places and bars around there that are decent.

I walked from there out to the Rocky steps then back along the Ben Franklin parkway to stave off jet lag. That also takes you by Reading Terminal Market, which has all of the food.

I used to get the waking up screaming thing - and it happened during the period of my life when I was doing very little of that stuff (although maybe not enough sleep)

I meant sleep paralysis rather than night terrors. Think it was prettymuch fair enough tbh. I still get it occasionally if my sleep pattern goes out of whack.

what’s the protocol when something like that comes in? Are they immediately ferried into a sealed/ temperature controlled room, where everyone has to wear a white body suits, latex gloves and face masks?
