A lot of emergency vehicles there and it appears to be on fire.
Blurred speculation: If it’s the bit of track I’m thinking of, it’s a sloped corner with an embankment to one side. I could imagine the torrential rain last night has washed it out.
Driver has passed away. Only nine people on the train, could’ve been much worse.

Looking at that photo on the BBC article of two carriages on top of what little is left of a third, I think it’s very fortunate there weren’t more people on board.
Sad stuff.
