There’s been posts here and there about this but think it deserves it’s own thread as it’s incredible. A 46 track long album by Red Hot supporting Trans Rights.
Andre 3000, Bill Callahan, Yaeji, Adrienne Lenker, Grouper and much much much more. Every one of them now a certified Good Egg.
Dark Was the Night was such a huge album to me when it came out and this feels like the most similar Red Hot have come to that in terms of scope and cohesiveness.
Just came here to make a post about DWTN, should have known you’d get there first! Doubt I’ll get to it until start of next week but very very keen
Really enjoying this a lot. Not up there with dark was the night in terms of overall songs for me but a wonderful collection and a great message in general.

What I did know is that they have already put out four excellent Sun Ra influenced records this past 18 months year or so that I have loved:
