1. Its really hot.
  2. having two arm rests is a luxury and completely worth it
  3. More leg room yes

Having one person next to you is normally completely fine but having people on both sides can be rather uncomfortable

It does vary a lot depending on the line.

People who sit in the aisle seat and/or with a bag on the seat next to them and resolutely stare down into their book/paper/phone/Kindle/whatever without making any effort to look up to see if anyone might need the seat they are blocking are proper bellends.

None of this matters, if you get a bus/tube more than like twice a week you just don’t care at all

Tube: Stay seated probably, won’t realistically be too long (or shuffle across like one seat)

Train: If it’s longer than next stop or so for me, then get up and go to the toilet, then sit back down elsewhere.

My commute is 45 mins of the tube. Which probably affects the question somewhat

Alarmed more people wouldn’t help out the pregnant person clearly too shy to ask to sit down. Often it might be because the people sat can’t see them / haven’t noticed from reading / staring at phones, and would gladly jump up if it were brought to their attention.

Acton Baby!

3 stations as well! For a place that doesn’t even exist it’s quite well connected.
