You can often find the oil and the salt in TK Maxx for not much dolla

Interestingly although I did tick yes for truffle itself, I found it wasnā€™t quite as good as I was hoping. Think Iā€™ve become too accustomed to the ā€˜artificialā€™ synthesised version.

They do (did?) cheesy chips with truffle oil in the pub near me - pretty tasty but you do kind of get to thinking this is a bit much

Had a truffle chocolate recently and it was the worst thing Iā€™ve ever eaten, almost vommed it immediately

Donā€™t think Iā€™ve had any other truffle but Iā€™m in no rush now

Donā€™t know if Iā€™ve actually tasted truffle before. Itā€™s a mushroom so thatā€™s why Iā€™m not bothered

Yeah itā€™s a fungus that grows underground, not sure why it is so expensive or desirable
