Was an interesting piece I read recently where this guy said he thought a lot of Trump support came from people looking to shake things up. His point was there was a huge step between those with privilege and those who were destined to spend their lives in low end jobs and the only way they could see to break that setup was to look for things that would possibly massively destabilise the status quo.

Those Hitler parallels to Trump of course have a point in that this is what huge social disparity breeds. That Boomers pulling up the ladder stuff is quite big in terms of fermenting revolutionary powder kegs.

Debates tend I favour the outsiders and they are won on rhetoric not policy. I expect to see a bump for trump’s support after the debate. I still fancy Clinton to win the election though.

Its not Trumps foreign policy that worries me. Its his bigotry and senseless home policy. You know how hate crimes have raised hugely since brexit? How there have been a few fresh murders and arson of polish and cech people? What thats what worries me the force and movement he has created. The fury and anger he has released.

A polish shop two doors down was set on fire a couple of days after. The reported hate crimes found in readily available national stats shows a big spike.
