This church near me has this massive banner up that says ‘trypraying’ (no space). Seems really sarcastic to me, don’t think it’s right for a church to be sarcastic.
Anyone ever tried praying? How did it go?
Not heard of this, so I Googled it. I guess it’s a bit like the Alpha course or something like that, in that it’s for people interested in Christianity. I don’t think it was intended as sarcastic.
I pray quite a bit. Sometimes it feels like ‘old man shouts at cloud’, but sometimes it does feel like it’s worthwhile.
