Just investigated the vegan sausages in the freezer for tea.

“Defrost in the fridge before cooking from frozen. If freezing, freeze before use by date then use within one month.”

Use by date was December 2019.

I assume anything frozen is fine more or less indefinitely. Probably fine.

Usually it is the texture on frozen stuff that goes if it is frozen too long, applies to most foods.
