Tesco seems good, ASDA is fine but it’s always so busy here
Yeah I was thinking more along of the lines of pasta dishes. I’m a meat connoisseur so I’d probably have to spend good money on a nice steak house which is fine.
Some good stuff in Waitrose though, I try and ignore the other people in every shop so it makes no difference to me. Sainsbury’s is top of the pile.

I just looked it up and it could well have been that. We were staying in an apartment just above it, and had an early dinner there on our first night (I think we’d not eaten on the plane) - we hadn’t realised that if we ate an hour later queues would have been round the block
deliberately swear and act like a knob now if I go into waitrose just to annoy everybody

From what I read on here (correct if I’m wrong), tesco seems to be a bigger supermarket that has a variety of lunch options on the menu, meal combos per say and a decent beer selection?

Yeah Tesco is probably the biggest chain but not really on the scale of Walmart
it’s the most prominent supermarket in the UK yeah basically. Most of them are basically the same though
