had pain in my side for weeks. it got worse, so went to see the dr and it’s kidney stones! yaldi.

so that’s appendicitis, inguinal hernia and kidney stones inside 9 months, yeah boi

going to wait to let me piss them up the wall before anything else is needed, but let me tell you the pain ain’t no @AQOS

not really, that’s what it started as. it’s really bad pain, under my ribs and round the back, kinda where you’d put your hand if you were sining “i’m a little teapot, short and stout, here’s my handle” if that makes sense

Had a 2nd & 3rd job interview at a company earlier.

Ended with me signing the contract there and then (they’d already sent me a sample one).

Just handed my notice in. My job’s been miserable the past few months, this feels euphoric.

Today is a good day.

I have mixed experiences of responding to messages like this, he seems polite enough although potentially a bit too aware that I’ve been on both shows

There was a guy from Maine who messaged me a few years back on a similar pretext and became super intense and weird. the last straw was when he got arsey about me not replying to him for 15 minutes - when I was walking on icy pavements to go and get the train to visit my dying grandad. Imagine thinking that a random person on a gameshow owed you anything because you bombarded them with compliments!!

Have had guys be pleasant/a bit jokey instead of being like that tho, and a few times it’s been a totally platonic approach to express admiration/that I’ve inspired them (or for one guy, who had been on the show years before, it had inspired his wife.to apply for the show). But yeah more usually it’s a bit creepy.

My Nanna got home today after being in hospital for a few days (all fine now) and they tested her for covid and she’s all clear so that’s good.
Honestly, she worries me so much sometimes but when the world inevitably ends she’ll still be around, eating tins of corned beef and trying to ring me because she’s forgotten what channel midsummer murders is on

Exhausted and feeling bad for making the horses walk this much. «Only» walked 25.000 steps today but that’s spread out on 2x 2-hour tours and 3x 1-hour ones, so a lot of changing riders etc. Had like 15 min to eat a sandwich at some point.
