I’m trying to care for someone who is on a lot of medication which isn’t helping which is making me wary and also I can’t afford to lose control but I guess I’ve gone beyond that point now, all I can think about is how great it would be to be dead.

Hey, I really shouldn’t get into discussions when I’m dog-tired. I had to sleep.

No two mental health issues are the same. You’re ill and you should look at drugs. Maybe you won’t like them but that’s something else. First you should look at getting yourself help, if only because it will make your carer situation better for both of you in the long run.
