Just went to yoga. My teacher keeps massaging me each class but I’m into it and it’s proper chill but she doesn’t massage anyone else?? I thought maybe it’s a compliment that I look clean??

Today it was my head and neck. The other day she gave me a lil upper back massage.

Normally I’d be very averse to a stranger touching me but I’m happy for her to rub a little lavender oils into my temples

Evening all :slight_smile: I made it out of my ridiculously long day unscathed. I had to chair two meetings, both of which I was dreading slightly, but both of them went really well.

Here’s a question: I had sandwiches for lunch and they only served us a buffet tea (more sandwiches). Do I:

  • Get some chips on the way home because I deserve it for smashing my meetings out of the park
  • Just raid the fridge when I get home and have some cheese and bits and bobs
